How do I choose the perfect nib for my handwriting?

Generally people with bigger handwriting prefer to use Broad or Double Broad Nibs. If your handwriting is on the smaller side, you can try to use fountain pens with fine or extra-fine nibs. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad or damaged condition before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at info@penspecials.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

How do I cancel an order on www.penspecials.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Oops! Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we cannot make changes once an order has been submitted. However, as long as it hasn't shipped, please write to us or call us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will try our best to make the desired changes based on availability and value of the product.
